DHL EXPRESS, courier/delivery service, Automated menu, press 1 then 0 to speak to a person. Lady was very accommodating, however, all I need to do was give a street address because they don't deliver to PO Boxes. She changed the address for me but now I have to wait until about 9:00 or 10:00am tomorrow for a specialist to phone me about said address change.... I've never dealt with DHL before so I'm not sure why that needed to happen but I'll update tomorrow when I find out what they have to say.

Chaotic call in heavily accented English that made no sense, declaring a UK call location on a US number asking me to follow a link they will text to me. all sounded nonsense. When i said i would look up a royal mail number and call back, asking for a reference to do so on, she hung up. i see the number has been used for a similar DHL scam in the past. Royal mail do not have this number in their public sites that i can find.

Scam call, old story, says dhl package includes illegal stuff (Scam call) reported by JG
As described below, a Mandarin speaking girl at another end says you couriered package through dhl from Toronto to Guangzhou China. The package includes several passports or illegal stuff, and asks you to go to dhl office in Toronto.

Phone call me and said from DHL, I have pakege from DHL , I'm connected to person pickup phone. I ask her “You Call me”, She said “No,You call me”, then she's hang up the phone. Same likes this too many times called, when I ask he/her then hang up phone, evry times, It was scam call.

Insinuating shipment of illegal packages (Scam call) reported by KK
Robo called me on July 4 2020 claiming to be from DHL. Guy on the other end spoke Mandarin and told me that I had shipped a large number of passports from Toronto to a city in China. Contents are being held at customs and he asked me to pay a customs fee. I told him the contents seemed sketchy, and that he best contact the police and let the police talk to me... then the guy hung up...

I answered phone with “hello” in English and there was a pause. A pre recorded message in English came on about a DHL package that they were having trouble delivering. And an option to press “9” for Chinese. But I never pressed “9” and the next part of the message went into mandarin anyways. I think it said virtually the same thing as English (I’m not fluent in mandarin). I did not stay on the phone any longer I just hung up and googled the number. I am actually waiting for a missing parcel but it’s not DHL. I figured the 1-855 # may be a corporate number otherwise I never would have picked up.

Claimed I had 8 Pkgs incoming and I needed to give them my Credit Card to cover customs etc or my packages would be DESTROYED at their facility as they can no ship them back... HAHAHAHAHA

Today received call fr this number. The guy said calling from DHL, telling me i courier one box of 8 boxes of mask and 8 credit card in the box. I said i did not. I said someone using my name and phone number courier to bejing, doesnt mean this person was me. Everyone can get my name and ohone no. He provided the receipt name address and phone no. He said he will connect to Beijing police station, and then i filed the claim. This box was not courier by me. Suddenly, i think about the phone number he gave it to me was really from DHl. I asked him this kind if info and searched from goolge. Noticed that was a scam phone. He explained to me the google comment was not true. Then i thought i dont need to do anything coz i am pretty sure this phone call was scam i just igonred what he told me. Be carefulfor receiving this kind of phone call.
