Same old story everywhere, this number is used by a call centre working for automotive industry - they serve calls for Toyota, Hond and others. Do not rely on do-not-call registers, use some mobile application which can block the callers - on iPhones this is native functions, for Androids try the application from these pages - it can also block all negative numbers and you just receive a message that some call was blocked. Easy...I use this one, works fine.
