I looked up the address PO box 691367 San Antonio, TX and it reads “Dissolution Date 25 September 2003.” And it is called Renu’You, Incorporated. So it appears to be an empty building?

Similar situation to comment reported by Hunter on 9/23/21 except I got an email from BofA. They wanted me to verify info about the Grantor of my trust account by calling 855-364-2897. Sounded like a scam. To check I called the BofA customer service at 1-800-432-1000. After 15 minutes on hold I finally got to talk to a human who confirmed the email & phone number was not a scam.

I received a letter from Bank of America last week asking me to call 855-364-2897 to provide more information regarding my BofA trust account. I thought it might be a telephone scam, so I contacted my local BofA branch to verify. They confirmed that the request was legitimate and wasn't a telephone scam.

Got an email from Bank of America with this number to call. I called it then sat on hold for 20 minutes. Called again and the same thing. I blocked this number after seeing that this was just a spam scam number 855 364-2897
