The caller is Ashley, a human sounding AI with delayed responses. When asked if she's a real person the response it "yes, you're speaking with a live person but I'm using a computer for quality control" so def not a real person. Glitches quite frequently.

aggressive telemarketing company hired by Rogers, National Bank (Telemarketer) reported by


telemarketers paid by successful call, some have had success removing name from the calling list, but I just blocked the number. All offers they sell like Rogers Identity protection or National Bank's are available on their banking websites. I prefer to do that then tell some random person private details who assures me they represent Rogers when the phone number isn't officially listed anywhere.

You can sign up for this service online. No need to do it over the phone. This caller while polite, was very adamant that I sign up over the phone. I declined 3 times before eventually hanging up. Really annoying when callers don't take no for an answer.
