Left a highly unusual voicemail, multiple times saying it was "urgent" and that I needed to return the call "today". Sounds like a scam.

The same number called me and were pretending to be bell. So I called bell and verified that there is no 855 numbers under them. If you get a call from “bell” on a 855 number it isn’t bell hang up or do not call back
