calling numerous times, diff #s (Telemarketer) reported by


Yesterday, they were 888-503-8582. This has been going on for more than a month. I called back to get this recorded msg. "Hello. Thank you for calling back. We are trying to send you an important text. If you have any questions, call us back at the number on your member ID card." (I don't have an ID member card!) This may be a customer (dis)satisfaction survey from an auto repair company (or from any other business who does this annoying sort of thing). They call first on my land line and when not answered right away on my cell...over and over. The worst of this is that after more than a year of evading spam callers, I am now getting tons of them...ALL OF THEM doing the same thing - land line then cell phone, even tho few have both numbers. My conclusion, this 'survey' company sold phone numbers to scammers or they were hacked. Just so unimpressed and will not do business with the auto company again. (but having revenge as I am forwarding my land line calls to that companies fax line - the company has a silent ring and so is not inconvenienced but the scammers get a fax sound. Brilliant.
