They ask for me addressing me by my name. Its never the same person and accents vary from Australia,America,Europe etc... Never Answer this number it's most likely a scamming call center

Fake Comcast customer service called offering cheaper service with nothing in return. Just a way to ask for your personal information. When I told the caller that it smelled like a scam, she got angry.

the caller said I could get a new cell phone with xfinity that would be cheaper than my company, but then the caller wanted my birthdate and social security number, so I said I was no longer interested. she said I could go to Xfinity.com and see the phones available, and said she would call back in a few days.
