Fake cable service upgrade trying to get your credit card info or get you to mail "a refundable upgrade fee" They will claim to upgrade your cable box with the new softwares, claim to be giving you a discount for next two years. then ask for a payment which will be refunded by not having payment for 3 months. Beware these folks use reverse phone number websites to call you by name, and identify your address!

Ok, I DID answer one time without thinking. The guy asked about my streaming services. I laughed at him and told him I removed ALL streaming, news, media over a year ago due to the inaccurate and fake reporting. Then I hung up. Haven't answered their calls since. I just hope I gave them some water cooler gossip.

They ask which streaming services we use. I've explain we have all we need. They dont stop calling. They call almost everyday, sometimes saying nothing when you answer. Other times very pushy about streaming services. We use Spectrum for internet only and have all the streaming we need. Explaining this does nothing and neither does a demand to stop calling. I'm at my limit. I don't even want to answer my phone.

Spectrum has been harassing me for over 10 years. They keep switching up their numbers, cuz I don't answer once I learn the newest/latest number. They are aggressive, sociopathic, and relentless. It's like dealing with the Russian Mafia.

They called me the other day while I was at work, I answered without looking at the number (my mistake). The lady wouldn't end the call after me repeatedly saying I was at work and could not discuss her products and that I was not interested anyway. I ended up hanging up on her. They have since called back 7 times.

Judging from the other comments, this number is owned by Charter/Spectrum. It hangs up when I answer it, but I know from past experience how pushy they can be with their overpriced and underwhelming streaming service. I guess they don’t understand it when you tell them you’re not the least bit interested.

Continually told them I am not interested, asked them not to call anymore. The guy just kept pushing and ignoring what I said. I eventually told him I was just going to hang up and he still pushed so I hung up and blocked the number

They call several times a day, even after you request to be placed on their do not call list for marketing. They're a scam company, and the FCC should fine them (but they won't because government jobs are cushy and don't require you to do your job, just look like you are) robo calls are banned in our state, and they still use robo calling. They're not supposed to call after 8pm, the called me at 10pm several times in one week. If they weren't running an illegal monopoly my state allows them to, I'd switch, but no other choice for internet in our city, if you wanna call Spectrum a choice at all.

A woman called, and I answered. She was asking me about Spectrum. I let her know that I already had it. She was trying to push other services and asking me about which apps I use to stream (like Hulu)and proceeding to try to see what else I used. I told her that I wasn't interested and she still tried to continue having the conversation. Whether or not it is Spectrum, I already receive their marketing services that I'm not interested in via my email, on my bill and a phone call (if it is them). I didn't really look into it, but it was annoying nevertheless.
