They said they couldn't look up my return call after leaving a message on my voicemail for my son. I gave them the "reference number. I could barely understand her. I am not being disrespectful, I tried I just couldn't. I asked for someone else and she said no. I think she said SMUSA. I googled it. Strange results. She kept saying she wouldn't talk to me bc it was about my minor child's medical supply. I told her she would talk to me about my minor child. She gave me his birth month and day asked me for his year. When I refused she told me to call back when I remembered his birth year. I was there lady, I know when my child was born. I told her it sounded like a scam and she told me to call back another time and hung up. I called back and get the same Indian(?) Accent voicemail greeting 5 times asking me to leave a message. Nope. Definitely a scam call.

Man speaking garbled first part and then asked for my DOB to verify who I am. When I asked who was calling and for what reason he said he could not talk to me since it wasn't verified and they would send something. Very sketchy.

Like others have mentioned, could barely understand the message due to very poor connection and foreign accent. Managed to hear he was calling about my updated insurance information but couldn't make out who the supposed company was. He did emphasize the callback number and reference ID, repeating them twice.

Wanted my DOB for insurance update. Guy had little command of English, couldn’t explain who he was updating info for, was very confused about what he was saying. Called back and went right to voicemail. Very sketchy vibe.

No idea what the person is saying but when I called back to find out, the mailbox was full, and it said an error occurred. The call was about insurance, I think she said. It all seemed fishy to me.
