robotic call saying to call back to set up and pay them. they said it was "Direct Recovery" and the message was not even in my name or for me.

I work for this company, this is my department yes we're a call center BUT only for your insurance, please understand that do to hippa law we can not say the information we have unless we can confirm who you are, we call about care gaps that you or your child has, we will never ask for you social security number, for a child we do need to confirm that you are a poa for the child so if you got married and the last name hasn't been updated we might ask you for your maiden name, let's say if the mother answers the phone and the father is listed as the poa unfortunately we can not say the name we have and can not talk to you unless you get added

This must be some kind of new scam call, trying to get people private information. When they asked for my birthday for "security purposes", I said they left message last week, when I called back, this phone number was not the service they claim they are. And I would not give any information to anyone calling. The caller quickly hang up.

Voicemail msg stated it was an unspecified 'health reminder' from 'NJ Medicaid'. Left an 800 number, was brief + courteous and had my correct name. Usually Medicaid contacts us by mail only, and in NJ it is actually called 'FamilyCare' so I wasn't sure if it was real. The numbers we are given on official letters are different from the numbers they give us to call in msg.

The claim they were Well Care of KY and they were asking to speak to my year old son. They kept asking for my information, his information and if I have other children in the home. Which they would already have that information if they were real. He kept saying um hold on, just a second over and over again. So I told them I'm not giving them my Information. I call the actual company and they have no record of someone calling me.

Received multiple calls from this number. The voicemail from different people are the exact same message and the caller talks in a low mumbling tone. I looked the number up on google and it is not a Georgia Medicaid number.

Claimed to be from georgia Medicaid asking for me to verify (give) them my personal DOB address, phone #. I refused to give my info and requested a call back number which was not the same number. They gave me the welcare # instead.

Called stating they were Georgia Medicaid asked personal info about my son . I told them I don’t live in Georgia any more and no longer use GA medidical insurance .. still told they needed my personal info I told them I don’t remember my info .. not sure why they would need something from someone that no longer receives insurance.... sketchy in my opinion
