Called from “Fido” claiming to cut our phone line in 5 days if we don’t pay the $200 we owed them. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION. Pay your from your bank to your phone company directly. We did have a late payment paid it off. clearly it’s a scam from the comments.

i closed my account march 2020 I finally got a ride to a rogers store to return the box they informed me it was never closed so I closed it again and returned the box and the next day they have collections call me demanding $400 when they cost me 3 million I haven't even received my final bill yet the lady argued with me, my account was still open then put me on hold for 20 minutes came back said it looks like your account has been closed but has an outstanding balance again i haven't received my final bill

Automated message provided correct Rogers bill payment mailing address however this is a Scam call regarding bill payment. I have my Rogers bill automatically bill to my Rogers Mastercard. I logged in online and have zero late payment history with Rogers, and logged in to check the Rogers Mastercard and same thing. Don't bother trying to call back and speak to a person based on the number it gives you, instead press #611 on your phone and it connects you to customer service

Called me multiple times about my questions about my Fido bill as that’s my provider I was cautious with these voice mails. But they left a different number in the message than was calling. I will be contacting Fido directly in person if there are really any issues because this number is clearly flagged.

I have been receiving many calls every day for the last 3 days or so. A recording tells me to call them. I finally called the Rogers number on my statement today. They checked my account and said nobody called me. They said it was a SCAM. They are aware that it’s going around.

Called Rogers with there number found online and the Rogers agent confirmed that this is a legit number for there recovery agency. She also gave me 2 other ways to call them back : 1 ) Toll free number : 1-800-267-2070 2 ) Using my cell phone : #567 I had just closed my account with them, so I decided to call them back. I used the 1-800 number and called them back. Here is details on the call. - They asked my name (gave it) - They asked my account number (gave it) - They asked my postal code (gave it) - They asked my email address (told them I forgot which email was linked to my old account), so the agent gave it to me, and it was the right email. - He told me that they owned me 15$. I gave him my wife account number and he transferred the funds to her account. - After the call I went to see bot of our Rogers' online account, and the 15$ was indeed transferred to my wife's account.
