Calling about dentist bills that I had no idea I had anymore. Paid my share off some time ago. There's a possibility the insurance didn't take care of $50. So now they're coming for it. Still going to do some research then call them back with receipts in hand. One thing they never do is leave a message. They're not hard to deal with, quite polite as a matter of fact but I imagine if you call with an attitude you'll get one back.

It was just a caller named Melody that wanted to speak to our son. She said she was from KCC and wouldn't say what it stood for and that it was a personal call for him. She left the number above and hung up.

said they were a bill collector - wanted my address. They would not tell me who said I owed them money.... I don't owe anyone money, so I knew it was bull! They would not answer any questions, finally they said I will send it to you in the mail and hung up.
