This was a recorded, computer generated, voice. The substance of it's message was that a. my company had an IRS claim against us, b. that there was about to be a warrant exercised against somebody (the voice was never specific) and c.if we wanted to avoid these dire consequences, we were to call the said number back (?) and 'they' would assist us.

Just got off of phone with a person.First call hung up.I called back.spoke to a man.threated to arrest me in 45 minutes. These people need to go back to their home land.
