Scam Call (Debt collector) reported by


They called to tell me that I had sent them a "landlord release" wrt a tenant who lives in one of my mobile home parks in 2017. I asked them who they were and what their relation to the home was, and they said that they owned the home, but they refused to give out any more information regarding their identity or how they got title to the home. I later spoke to the tenant, and she told me that she owned the home. the number is registered to a business in Greenville, SC. Likely spoofing...creepy.
