It's Medical Debt Collectors. I'm low income, disabled with MS. Organization has paid since 2005, for MRI's etc, the HUGE money items, that I can't. Hospital was "sold" to new "people, organization or, whatever business they are", this new business owners didn't complete the paperwork, on their side, it needed completed in the middle of their "transition", someone dropped the ball!! Needless to say, that leaves the debt on my shoulders vs the multi million dollar business owners, who own the hospital!! Should I swallow this debt, pay my other bills, eat and buy all my other medical debt? I called for months, looking for a resolution, they sold the debt to a collection agency...pennies on the dollar! Yet, wouldn't agree for ME to make to buy pennies on the dollar to pay it off!! I've already had to swallow enough!! I refuse to swallow this!!

It's debt collectors!! Medical debt ???? I read many reviews, those saying "it's not my medical debt", etc! Well, this IS MY DEBT!!! Funny thing though, 1st I'm getting infusions for Multiple Sclerosis, every 6 months, since Jan so, I've received 2 so far, just had the second one, last Monday! ANYWAY, I'm 55yrs old, divorced (from a 30yr marriage), I live off of SSID and my Ex is SUPPOSE TO PAY Alimony of $450 a month (long story, he makes double that, a week!), but, even that little amount, he stopped paying, months ago! The Medical staff, Dr's etc, KNEW I can't buy FOOD, how am I suppose to pay my 20% copay, after Medicare pays?! I was sent to an organization that TOLD ME, AFTER ALL the paperwork, to do it, that EVERYTHING would be paid, not to worry about anything!! But, after 2 months, I started getting bills for it!! What's WORSE, the hospital (and I was calling them WEEKLY!), sent it to collection, within WKS of me getting the bill!!! Needless to say, I'm still talking to the hospital AND the organization that was suppose to pay it all! The Organization SAYS, it ALL had already been paid, the hospital says to call the Organization!!! ????

They handle debt for various hospitals around the U.S.. They will call and harass for more money even if you pay the amount due on time every month. No amount is good enough for these criminals. It's extortion, fraud, and racketeering. Report them to your state attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission.

They left a voicemail that said they were calling on behalf of Medical City Arlington, announced themselves as a debt collector, and asked for a call back at the 866-258-1104 number. Not my debt this time, thank goodness, so I'll call them back after the weekend and let them know they apparently have an old number.

This is NPAS Solutions. Usually collecting for hospitals. I have never gotten a voice mail message from them. They do call like clockwork, I don't answer. have been waiting on a voice message of some sort.

Comments on Hiya for this number think this is a scam by imposters. NEEDS FURTHER INVESTIGATION. Voicemails always 9 seconds long &the beginning is always cut off: "Monday through Friday, at [phone number]. Thank You." I finally called the number (during off-hours) and the greeting identified the company as NPAS. Having worked with NPAS for many years, regarding St. Marks Hospital, it legitimately sounds like the greeting for the real company. I'll call NPAS at (817)358-8000, (800)377-2013, (800) 223-9899,(502)572-3382 to VERIFY if this number is legit.

Hi MamaJen929! It's actually NPAS Solutions, the collection agency, and are affiliated with Parallon and HCA. If the called party is the one to answer the call they don't usually request personal information and can actually provide you with the necessary information to call the hospital to confirm the debt/agency.
