Kept asking me to verify my name (Scam call) reported by


This number has called me multiple times everyday, even on weekends, morning and night for the last month, at least. Today I decided to answer, it when I did, there was a man with a middle eastern accent who kept asking me to verify my name. I never said yes. (As a precaution when answering these unsolicited calls, never say yes to anything. They record you, and then they use the recording of your "yes" to say that you agreed to whatever they what. It's basically identity theft and fraudulent.) When I wouldn't confirm my name, and asked "what is the in reference to and who is the company?" the man replied "this is a personal matter" and then asked me to confirm my name again. I kept asking what this was about, what "company" he is with, and who he was. Every time he kept saying "is this ___?" I then stopped talking, muted my mic, and he started saying "hello! Can you hear me?" and still asking "is this ___?" After a few seconds of silence, he stated "no response, I have to disconnect." and then he hung up.

This number calls me everydays for the past month day and nights includes weekend. Theres no voice msg. I received about 3-5 calls a day from this number. Finally i deceided to block. Wish i could curses them out.

debt collector for phone company? (Scam call) reported by


This number contacted my father claiming he owed money on his phone bill which was already fishy. He said that someone was using his DSL and he owed $200. Luckily, I grabbed the phone and demanded to ask what the company is which he stated was "Credence Resource Management" and was showing scam behavior. He hung up after I told him that if there are any debts, it would be addressed legally. It's a scam call center from India.

Credence Resource Management. A man answered but refused to answer any questions about who the company is or what they do. I was very polite and said I had never heard of their company but I keep getting calls, and I answer, and have been hung up on 20 times. Demanded I give my name repeatedly. I pitly said no, but thank you and hung up and blocked their number.

Persistently calls - never leaving any info on the voicemail. So, therefore, I have no reason to answer or return a call to someone who appears to make nuisance calls multiple times per day.
