broken English claiming to be Verizon Wireless and acknowledging me as a customer for over 24 months. do they think we're this dumb? Verizon squeezes money from their customers every month -it's laughable they would be calling to give me a gift for being a loyal customer, hahahaha!

I actually called this number from the sprint page. I wanted to report a lost phone so I pressed that, "call to order" in the upper part of the https://www.sprint.com/en/login page. It's in between the "sign me in" and "cart" symbols. Yes, the person who answered sounded foreign, but as he asked me what number I am calling for and the number to call me back if disconnected. I hung up on purpose after he asked for my password. And what do you know, no follow up after our call was purposely disconnected. Either he's being shady or really bad service from sprint.

Robocall telling me my Sprint account has been flagged. I have a Sprint account, but nothing is wrong with it. Plus, the recorded message uses very bad English. Moreover, my caller ID says it's from the Dulles Landing Shopping Center which doesn't match the claim of being Sprint.
