Caller ID says Comcast Technical Support, but caller identifies themselves as with AT&T Connect Tech. My computer may have an issue, so they want to walk me through remote access support to fix it. First of all, I'm neither a customer of AT&T or Comcast, so we both know this call is a scam. I hung up on them, then they called right back. I blocked the number, and then I see about 30 more blocked attempts within the next 5 minutes. Eventually, they'll call back with a different spoofed number, as they have before. Last time, they cursed me out because I called them a scammer.

and we'll fix the existent problems. They call my cell phone. Comcast is now Xfinity I had no problem with my cable or internet services.

Had the same call. Caller ID shows as Comcast but it's a scam. They try to get you to log on to your computer and then give them remote access so they can gain control. Don't fall for this!!

Was a foreigner. Hindu I think. Said my PC was infected and that he was going to help. I said absolutely not. He said he was from Comcast. I know Comcast does not call you on your PC's because they don't monitor nor do I have a contract with them for this. LOL. So I hung up called Comcast and they confirmed it was a scammer and they don't make these kinds of calls.

odem burned out. MIKE that works in the business Comcast department help us out. He understood that we are a business and needed to have someone out to us fast and he got someone out to us same day! 1-2 hours! GREAT SERVICE!
