They keep calling and telling me I am behind on my house payment and that I need to call them to keep it from going into foreclosure, and the thing is I am not behind I am up to date on my mortgage, and the number they say to call, has a recording saying they are close at that time, to call back in regular business hours, only I was calling in their business hours.

Potential Mortgage Scam (Unsolicited call) reported by


Have never done business with them before. They keep calling and leaving automated robo messages about refinancing our house mortgage to save money. The thing is, our house is already paid off and we have no mortgage. Possible scam. Don't give them any personal information.
