Male called and he sounded high, he spoke extremely slow, very strange. He had called several times throughout the day. I usually don't answer 800 numbers, but I answered after he kept calling. I didn't give him a chance to hold a conversation as he was not aware of whom he was calling.

Always from Ohio but the number is always different, it waits until I say something then it hangs up on me. It seems like a telemarketing company gone wrong, almost like a glitch in their system.
