CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A HUMAN AND THE MAN ON THE OTHER END WAS SUPER RUDE! TELLING ME THAT I HAD A CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD AND PROVIDED ME WITH MY SOCIAL AND ALSO A PREVIOUS ADDRESS THAT I HAVE NOT LIVED AT FOR OVER 7 YEARS. HE CALLED ME A LIAR AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS NOT TRUE HE SAID NOPE YOURE THE FRAUD. NOT PLEASANT
