This number has called me about 40 times in the past 2 weeks, sometimes 4 times a day. I never answer and they never leave a message. Some people in the comments are mentioning Synchrony Bank, but I have never contacted them or opened an account so I don't know why they would call me.

Called many times today and every time I picked up it was silence and they hung up. After searching for the number online I saw here it might be synchrony bank, which it must be because I noticed I was half a day late paying my bill by mistake and I know they will hound you to no end and charge you tons of penalty fees no matter how good your payment history is.
