I believe this is a scam collection attempt (Scam call) reported by Prplhz
This number called and a female left a message. They had my first and last name, and they used a radiology company in Shreveport Louisiana. Red River consultants, who are in association with Willis-Knighton hospital system. It has been at least 3 years since I was sent to that clinic to have something x-ray or mri'd. They said in the message for me to return their call about some money owed and they left a reference number. I'm not calling back. Because there's nothing they can do to my credit even if it's a true bill. However, I always pay my bills on time. And I have had not one piece of paper come through the mail saying that I owe money to this company. It's my belief that somebody has sold a list of patient names and they are turning this around to make it seem people have missed a bill payment. Cuz they threaten you with collections. Or at least that's what I saw on Google when I first Google the phone number. Dozens of people have the same thing to report.

Editing to add: here it is, one month from the time of the supposed call from Red River Consultants. And in the mail I actually DID receive a bill: for $25!
The 800 numbers don't match. The contact emails don't match, nor any reference numbers. I just sincerely hope others will vet these scam calls before they are misled, lied to, and have their money stolen. 2-9-23

FOR RADIOLOGICAL SERVICES (Debt collector) reported by LUCIA SMYTH
CALL REC'D ON MY CELL, BUT CALLED BACK ON MY OFFICE PHONE. SOUNDS LIKE A FOREIGN CALL CENTER (AS I CALL INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT USE THEM) STATED THAT THE CALL WAS FOR A BILL FOR RADIOLIGY SERVICES. I ASKED IF MEDICAL OR DENTAL (I'VE HAD BOTH IN THE PAST 6M). SHE SAID MEDICAL. TOLD HER HAVENT HAD ANY IN 6M. SHE SAID SHE WOULD LOOK IT UP. ASKED FOR MY FIRST/LAST NAME. GAVE MY LAST NAME AND FIRST INITIAL. SHE ASKED FOR DATE OF BIRTH, TOLD HER I WAS NOT PROVIDING THAT AS I DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WERE LEGIT. SHE SAID THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD. ASKED IF ANY ACCT OR REF # WAS LEFT IN THE VOICEMAIL. GAVE A REF#. ALSO MENTIONED TO HER THAT THE VOICEMAIL STATED THAT THEY WERE CALLING FOR A NAME THAT WAS NOT MINE (OR HASNT BEEN FOR THREE YEARS-DIDNT TELL HER THAT). STATED THAT THEY MAY HAVE CALLED IF THE INSURANCE WASNT UPDATED. I EXPLAINED IT WS AS I DO THAT FOR A LIVING, FOR THE FEDERAL GOV'T. SHE REALLY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY. I SAID I WOULD REFER THE NUMBER TO THE STATE INSURANCE AUDITORS OFFICE.
