The call is a recording, like the voice menu you would get if you called someone, the recording tries to temp you into hitting a prompt to talk to someone unless you know your party's extension, which of course you don't. The recording identified as something-"Arc".

This is the 2nd time ive gotten the same type of voicemail from a different number. They left a 5 minute voicemail of what sounded like an office party. The last time i got the same 5 minute voicemail there was someone coughing constantly during the entire voicemail.

I called Human Ark, they said it wasn't them and they wouldn't robo call, so.... then I called Molina and they took down all the info to make a report.
