I've been getting their calls as "ringless voicemails" every day for the past few weeks. That means that they don't actually call, their message just goes straight to voicemail and doesn't show up on your call log. Because of this, there is no way to block them and it is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with. Somebody needs to put a stop to this kind of telemarketing bs.

Synchrony Bank, they are using landline and texting now .This number slipped through to text. They are making more than one contact attempt per day which isn't legal.

They are very annoying, rude, inconsiderate and unsympathetic. They even called at 8pm. I just block them.

Most of their reps have thick accent which is hard to understand. They keep harassing me to make payment when I already explained to their aggressive rep of my health & financial situation. The rep didn't care and she keeps on asking me to make a payment. She wants her commission. I hang up on her and blocked their numnber

I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE, THEY CALL FROM OTHER NUMBERS DESPITE BLOCKING THEIR 866-419-2780 NUMBER. THEN THEY GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM. THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE DAY AND IT IS ILLEGAL. I WENT ONLINE AND MADE SURE NO TRANSACTIONS WERE PENDING AND PAID THE LITTLE BALANCE WAS PAST DUE ($38 USD) I JUST FORGOT TO PAY ON TIME AN THEY ARE ANNOYING ME, LIKE IS THE END OF THE WORLD.
