This is SYNCHRONY BANK - They are the bank Amazon uses to issue the Amazon Credit Card. They always call or text (your choice when you set up the account with Amazon) to let you know if is close to the day your next payment is due. I like it as it ic convenient! Its not a SCAM it's just a service provided by Amazon which has kept me from being charged the $32.00 late feet.

Asked for last 4 of card number, I answered don't have it, the recording said let me get this right you don't have it, I said no, it asked again for the last 4 of card number, and a repeat of the let me get this right you dont have it. I hung up at that point. I googled Synchrony Bank and there number is 866-419-40xx
