This is absolutely Allsup. I am filing a lawsuit. There is nothing legitimate about Allsup, as the one reviewer stated. They are also NOT LAWYERS. They have lawyers who work for them b/c they have been sued so many times. But they are NOT a law firm. Get your facts straight before giving out your opinion as fact. They also lie and call for LTD, STD, and Veteran's Benefits. Been going on for years. Foreign owned, sued dozens of times. They have created a way for you to receive SSA benefits IN PLACE OF ANY LEGALLY ENTITLED DISABILITY BENEFITS AT A JOB. Guess who employs them? Companies forced to pay LTD and STD benefits. They start an account for you, that you have NO access to. Then they, Allsup, steal the money in this fund. Google it. Been going on for years and the US keeps letting them operate here. I am currently filing against them in small claims. Everyone reading this should follow my lead. They're in buttcrack IL, have fun coming to Detroit for $6,500 b/c I won't settle, they've called me 40+ times.
