Don't know if this is legit or not. I also received a letter about it in the mail right after the first call I received from them. I hesitate because Medicaid's website clearly states it will not ask for personal info or any account numbers,etc. I tend to believe this is a scam.

They have called five times, doing a survey for Medicaid Ohio. (Scam call) reported by


The call was for a confidential Ohio Medicaid survey, they promised a twenty dollar gift card for my participation but needed my credit card information to “verify my identity” They have called me five days in a row. This is a scam to phish for information. Please contact your states attorney general.

I told them I wasn't intrested in doing their survey and to remove me. Since then I have received 2 more calls 1st I told them to remove me I wasn't intrested 2nd I yelled real loud in the phone any further contact will receive an air horn in their ear. I'm also going to contact Ohio Medicaid see if they are legit if they are maybe they can get it to stop if not then I'm going to get their address and mail them to stop then if they continue I can get them for harassment.

They claimed to be conducting a survey on behalf of the Ohio Dept. of Medicaid. The second or so time, I answered the call and I told them I was no longer covered by Medicaid. They kept pushing me to take their survey until I told them I no longer live in Ohio. Then they said I was ineligible for their survey and hung up. I've since received a few more calls from them that I let go to voicemail.
