Left a voice mail message on my phone from 877-540*-0418. She said her name was Tesha Foster and she represented a debt collection agency by the name of United Collection Bureau Inc. she said that any information obtained from me would be used to collect the debt. She gave a call back number of 1-866-559-4308. She spoke really fast.

I keep getting a text from this number and so i called it they said they were calling for a specific person i said who and then she asked for my name i said if u are calling for a specific person you should have their name but informed me she couldnt give that out and i said to take my number off her list. she then asked me for another number to reach the person at i said no. I asked who they were and what they wanted she said like UCD or UCB and thats all she would say.
