The number belongs to UCCU but an agent I just spoke to said a fraudster has been spoofing it. If you get a call from this number, look up UCCU Customer Service and call them yourself.

After missing this call, instead of calling them back, I called the customer service number listed on UCCU's website. They told me that this number is legit, but also helped me with the suspected fraud from the customer service line. If you have any doubt, just call customer service and they'll sort you out.

This number called me, saying they were UCCU, and asked me to call them back. I didn't trust the robot voice, so I called UCCU directly. They told me right away that this is a scam and that we should NOT call them back or give them any information.

They called asking if I had authorized purchases on my debit card. The only information they asked was the last 4 of my social to verify that it was me. The other information was told to me and I verified the transaction and they thanked me for my time and we ended the call. It's legitimate.

If Uccu wanted to contact you they would direct you to their site. Do not use the number given by a new voicemail/text.

I could tell right from the start it was a scam call. First of all the number is not the one they usually use also they got our names wrong. Don't ever call these numbers back. If you get a call like this call your credit union directly and not the number they give you.
