Called to schedule appointment but put me on hold to wait forever for someone to answer when they called me. They didn't even answer since it was afternoon after 4:30 so they were putting me in queue to wait till Monday on hold I guess.

I finally got tired of receiving messages in my voicemail with the first half of their message cut off, so looked up the number here. After seeing info here I called them back and can confirm, it's a company that schedules medical services. Mine was to schedule an MRI requested by my surgeon.

I called back the number after reading documentation on this website and find it to be a safe caller. They helped me to schedule my CT Scan. Very nice and helpful. I did suggest to the young woman, they might want to change their caller ID from Toll Free to their company name. She agreed, they get hung up on quite often. I hung up on them at least 4 times before researching.
