They called me on 12/12/17 at 9:23 AM Pacific Coast Time. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. It must be a scam because if it was real, they would leave a message. I just got a new cell phone and new number, so maybe they think I am someone else. I've also gotten a lot of spam text messages from FB and others who think I am someone else.

AT&Ts Collection Agency. I'm suing for $5,000 because I never received full phone service for 9 months. I finally stopped paying and said if you put me in collection for $55 I will go to court for $5,000 to recover all my payments in 2014 where I couldn't make 60% of local and intrastate calls!

The same thing happened to me...they called me at work for weeks, leave no message so I never called back. I had to call back today because I am on short term disability and my boss is receiving my phone calls for the next six weeks so she sent the info to me! Chelsea said she was from AFNE???? saying AT&T handed me over for collection on May 31st, but I DO NOT OWE AT&T ANYTHING! Their service sucked, and when I canceled my service, well after my agreement, I too, returned my equipment; and yet they say I still owe? I told Chelsea if they call me again, I am reporting them to the FCC. Yes, this is unacceptable!

I had AT&T Uverse, returned my equipment and they continue to call me. I will use your method. They called my former work, which is unacceptable.
