This call is NOT from Community Bank. It IS from Comenity Bank, which is a legitimate bank that a lot of credit cards are issued through, such as the clothing store Maurices. This is NOT a scam, but a legitimate call, so it's possible that if you receive a call, you either have a current credit card or previous card that they are the issuer of.
