Someone has been calling my 11 year old daughter and leaves a couple of minutes of silence on her voicemail. Sometimes he can be heard making slurping sounds. The last call he was slurping, then said "Now you're going to see me a lot." It's creepy. When I called back their message said they are a debt collector.

This is a debt collector that when I answer they hang up and then send a text for me to return their call. Unfortunately, the number they wish for me to call is different from the number they call from. They always identify themselves as being a debt collector but use a different agency name each time they call. When I do not answer the call, they leave a voicemail identifying themselves as a different company each time and leave a callback number that is always different each time.
