They keep calling my deceased wife's cellphone at all hours of the day and night. I don't answer and they never leave a message. Online research shows the number belongs to a Debt Collector company called Alliance One, who is hired by Target Red Card to collect alleged debts owed.

No voice mail ever left. If you answer they immediately hang up. They get you when you call back. They ask for very sensitive information. I'm not giving some person overseas who cant speak English and continues to argue with me any of that information. Nope figure out a different way. Never received anything by mail or email. So I'm not giving you any information

As soon as I answered they hung up. When I called the number back a Recording said please hold as you're being transferred and this phone call is being recorded, so I hung up.
