I was looking at job websites last night and now I have gotten a text and a weird phone call. The text was an ad for a job at a staffing firm. I had already applied to the staffing firm though. I'm pretty sure this is a telemarketing scam where they have a bunch of partners that get your information and then call, text, and email about random things.

GF put my number in a website the other night to help look for jobs (probably was not a reputable site). Received a couple calls from this number. Finally answered, A lady answered and asked me if I was interested in pursuing more education. Mentioned complementary services. Said I was not interested in more schooling, Probably phishing.
