I had a car credit card from this bank for 6 months same as cash. After they were paid off with zero balance they keep trying to get me to make a payment. They will not get another sent from me and I will never have credit anywhere that uses this Bank. The day I made the final payment I had to call over 30 times to speak to someone and they refuse to send out statements

calling 5X or more in 1 day for a payment on Midas CC (Debt collector) reported by


I have charged $400 to a Midas CC recently for car repair. I had been looking for their statement in the mail but was looking for a Midas logo envelope and accidentally threw away the Synchrony Banking statements believing them to be junk. Payment is a little past due because of this but they have called me at least 5X per day for a week now. I will not pay by phone for fear of fraudulent calls so they are aware I will pay by mail when I get a new statement in the mail. They still call multiple times a day. Very polite reps but kind of annoying since i've explained the above about 30 times to different reps while waiting for my new statement.
