Ally Auto Finance, kept calling, decided to return call. It was the company that financed my new car. the same as on the lender on my documents. they trying to get new customers to work online when possible and hopefully online pay.

Weird. Offshore person calling from Ally Bank wanting to confirm my personal information for a recent car purchase (this bank already has my information). I told the rep I would not give him any of my info since I knew they have everything they need and I will call the bank directly. He then abruptly hung up.

This is for Ally financial services...just purchased a new car so they called (a call at least every day for the past few weeks) but no voicemail. I don't answer 1-800 numbers so I never answered their calls. Googled it and saw on here that it was for the financial company. After receiving something in the mail I went online and set up my account and they hadn't called until today, at my place of employment. BIG no no, I was forwarded the call and before anything else, I told them to remove the number and that I already set up everything they were calling about. Very brief call, verified my info and I was reassured that my work number was removed. If they learned how to leave a voicemail, we could have avoided this all together. Incompetence at it's finest!

No voicemail, I called them spoke with human . Verifying basic information name phone number. Address and what dealership got new vehicle. Very skeptic about because yes a man with an accent (yes have to racial profile when talking on the phone to someone who does not leave messages back). If it is Alloy Financial or any legitimate business make an effort to leave a message because I am going to assume it is scam and be and difficult to respond. Still not sure if Alloy or not.
