claimed they were contracted by united healthcare as a 3rd party company to help people apply for ssi and ssdi. told them my insurance was being terminated soon and they said they could still help me but there "might be a small fee". called me by name and asked for my address and dob

Got a call yesterday said she was from Centri. They are contracted with Blue care. Said Blue care contacted them that I may qualify for SSDI. Gave me a callback number which turned out to be someone's personal number. Kim doesn't live there. I called Blue care and they don't do such referrals. You have to file yourself Got another call today but didn't answer.

They sent a letter about 2 weeks to a month before letting me know they wanted to help get my daughter on SSI. They had me fill out a short form with the only personal info they wanted was my phone number, her DOB and our names.

They offered to help get me Ssi. They must of got my name from a hospital patient list. Is that a legit HumanArc phone number, and if not, the who is it? Some poor suckers get a some money to scamming and-or getting tidbits of personal info, without realizing they are eventually passing the data to foreign operatives and higher level hacker database. I told them to send mail. Gave name and address, but not SSI. If they help..good, otherwise i will be inscensed and triggered at the gaul of it all.

The original call was from : 1-267-443-67xx March 23, 2020 6:05pm and 6:21pm A womans voice. After getting some of my info, the call was connected to a male voice, probably at the same phone number, and took some of my info, and who later said I could call or call back to 1-866-879-09xx which may very well be this so called HumanArc phone number, but the original call may be working for a few dollars, not caring what they do, and unknowingly gathering data and sending it to high level hackers, probably foreign, databases.

They have robocalled be over 20 times, leaving a voicemail claiming that they are offering “cash benefits” from Blue Cross/Blue Shield if my state, whom HAVE NOT authorized this “organization” Human Arc to use their name. A scam and probably leads to fraudulent activity thinly clothed in vague phrases.

There was a snafu with my AHCCCS recently and I think that's how they got my number. However they claim to help get SSI, which I'm already on!! DES knows this so a little confused as to why they would give them my number.

This is a number used by a company called Human Arc, they claim to help people "get cash". Human Arc gets information from hospitals and insurers about people (often disabled, elderly, or low income with health issues) and then tries to get them to authorize Human Arc to help them apply for SSI or SSDI. APPLYING FOR THESE PROGRAMS IS SOMETHING ANYONE CAN DO ON THEIR OWN THROUGH SSA WITHOUT PAYING FEES. You can also try contacting your local legal aid society or department of social services for advice about the process. As with anyone calling you, be exceptionally cautious when somebody contacts you out of the blue asking for all sorts of health and personal information about yourself or a family member. They call repeatedly from different numbers, multiple times a day sometimes, but when I refuse to provide them with the information they want (usually DOB and SSN), they hang up. Better not to engage in the first place.
