Called and started they wad calling in reference of a Kendra Smith that listed me as a reference. They knew my full name maiden and former married name. When I said I didnt know this person they called me a liar and was yelling at me then hung up on me. I called the number back and a woman named Toni Shaw and asked for a document number. Told her I didnt have a document number.

Called threatening me saying if I don’t pay “my” loan debt they would take to small claims court and my local county. I asked for a written detailed bill or anything To my address. “Jason Ashley extension 1053” said no they already sent me one they’re not going to keep sending stuff to my house. I said I never received anything. He basically kept saying too bad it’s obvious you aren’t going to pay your debt anyhow. Clowns!!!! He told me I’ll remember this conversation in a few years when my credit is terrible because i am refusing to pay. I stayed I am not refusing anything I’m just asking for a document to confirm what I owe. He said I owed $1900. And he just kept telling me there’s nothing more I can do for you now that you’ve refused. I said I’ll see you in court. Exhausting isn’t it?

Same number called saying they are debt collectors his name was Daniel Jones ext 1049 they said I have 24 hrs ex... it’s a scam a real debt collector will always send you a letter etc he almost had me these low life ****

I Spoke To A Man Name Daniel Johnson Ext 1049 Scam And He Transferred Me To His Supervisor. Who Began To Yell At Me Saying I Needed To Pay 400 And Something Dollars In The 48 Hours And I Told Him I Wouldn't Going To Pay Anything Due To The Fact That I'm not In Any Kind Of Debt And He Started Yelling At Me Like A Crazy Person And I Started Yelling Back And He Hang Up In My Face. He Try But I Know A Scammer When I Hear One Be Careful Of People Calling Trying To Ask The Last Four Digits Of Your SSN.

Someone named Toni Shaw. Collecting a debt. (Debt collector) reported by


She left a voicemail requiring me to respond to her call, otherwise she would start a claims process against me. I have no idea what that could be about. Her name was Toni Shaw. She didn't tell me what company she represented, and gave no information about the claim. She provided a case number and her phone number and extension. I did not return her call.
