I trust no unsolicited texts or phone calls.... received both from this phone number so I called the Credit Union direct...they saw zero fraudulent activity on the CC and they verified that this number does NOT belong to the Credit Union.

They texted me saying there was suspicious activity on my Delta credit card and said they were going to give me an "important" call and to answer it. Does that sound legitimate to you? No! I called Delta because the CC number they gave was an old one that I no longer have. They must have found it on the internet somewhere from a previous purchase and were trying to scare me into thinking I would have to pay for it. I got a recent email from what looked like Amazon that was similar to this which scared me. If you get a message like this DO NOT call the number they leave you. Call the number on the companies website and go from there.

THis is not the 1st time I have gotten a call from DCCU Fraud Prevention. My CC keeps getting lifted thank god they are on it, like white on rice. Verified a couple of things then spoke to a agent my CC was blocked and so where the thieves. I guess ewqknouty ryiop out of New York will not be getting my 75 dollars today! Thanks DECU :) Enter the DECU Fraud # in your cell and don't answer if it is not them...just sayin

This is NOT Delta Community Credit Union. I called their actual number and they said it wasn’t them. I provided the number to the representative so they could do an internal investigation.

They have been calling me as well. When they call I hang up, it called the credit union to confirm whether it was them or not and they confirmed that it was NOT.

said they were dccu but when I called the number back they did not identify themselves (computer voice) wanted financial information to verify. Hung up called the Credit Union. They said they saw nothing on my account.
