You can do everything they offer through your lender, who already has your information. All the services offered are options for any student who is experiencing difficulty repaying

True but also your lender doesn't tell you all options giving to you. Also they will knock you of forgiveness programs without your knowledge. I rather pay someone to handle that just I do for taxes, legal matters. They can also get you approved for programs that the lender don't tell you about or want you to get approved for. Lenders are in the business to make money, so they will offer you less options. And no I don't work for this company, I just happen to be a student who works with a student loan company with my current loans.
