This is a billing service for independent physicians that work at a hospital or clinic. The hospital bills for services they provide and Vituity bills for professional services provided by the doctor(s). (Note your system autocorrected the Vituity name. It is not "Vitality"!) I received a call asking for insurance information because the hospital did not provide the information or provided incomplete/incorrect information. End result: Insurance will cover my cost and I owe nothing. This is not a scammer but a legitimate business.

Very interesting that today would have been the due date on one of the bills I had. If this was a true company they would have seen it was paid off over a week ago. Please pay attention and don't give personal information over the phone.

I was ask to provide account number information 3 times when i was trying to talk to a rep finally after 3 robo answering machine i talk to someone but they hung up immediately after i told them i didnt have a account number.

after calling the number back i was met with 3 different robots who had absolutely 0 information on who i am or any identifying info on me, yet i was asked to pay a medical bill and enter an account number for who knows what.

Claims to be a medical billing service, but does not give any information to identify the patient or doctor. Extremely suspicious. Googled website, which looks professional, but there is no way to tell who they are billing and for whom.

Its not a scam, they are a legit bill collector. They cannot legally give any information about the Dr. or patient, just the name of the company that handles the medical billing you occurred.
