Loan refinancing company. Obviously these people are not legit since it looks like everyone that gets a call from them report the same experience.Also, they must have a slew of outbound circuits because I've blocked about 8 different numbers so far. Also, the info I"ve found identifies the company as either Quicken Loan or Loan Depot.

I have received numerous calls from them, so I called them back and they answered as Quicken Loans. I begged then to take me off their call list as I am not interested.

Not sure who it is, sounded like financial services when answered first time then they have been calling about 7 or 8 times a day and I didn't answer it and no voicemail left, caller spoke very broken English. I blocked it.
