Called the number provided and it was a Law Firm Cordova and Wexler. Stating they were trying to serve a subponea to me at my home for the third time. I asked what company was suing me. They stated that it was for a payday loan that I took out and did not payback. Said the company was Check into Cash, which I have never used. I told they that I am refusing the subpoena and they may reach me at the Police Department I work for.
