I GOT A CALL FROM A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS LEGAL DOCUMENTS, BUT AFTER A FEW QUESTIONS AND THEY FOUND OUT I WAS NOT THE PERSON THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THEY POLITELY SAID I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS ANY MORE SINCE THERE WAS NO SENSE IN CALLING BACK BECAUSE THEY KNEW HAD A WRONG NUMBER

Received call regarding an account with VIVINT Alarm systems back in 2011 that I had to cancel due to loss off income.This resulted in a penalty which meant I had to pay the remaining months in my contract. So obviously I couldn't afford it and still cant. This account has been sold to quite a few debt collectors,and now finally to this one. They are threatening legal action as the rest have done so before.

Received threaten telephone call regarding unknown payday loan debt belonging to someone who had my cell number before me. Very unprofessional and threatening, person lacked basic knowledge of small claims process as well federal debt collection laws.

Hey Rainman, I just got off the phone with these * clowns, I asked them for their address and of course got the old song and dance about what I believe in. I am investigating them I wonder if you were able to get any info on these turd burglars. I got a name they said they are a Litigation office by the name of B*n L*d when I pushed for address they girl said ahh, umm ohhh hold on and hung up, then I went a few rounds with a ringmaster named Jake aka The supervisor, what a joke. I'd like to find them and take some serious class action against them for the numerous FDCPA abd CFPB violations they violated in just answering the phone and failing to describe the nature of their business. Fake process server (Debt collector) reported by


Indian man who could barely speak English. "Call for Property address 47xx W. 71st street. X California. Documents have been issued for the Clerk's office for (Sleazebag Debtor). If you have a problem with these documents call 866-978-5188. If there is no return call..." he lost his script at that point or couldn't read the English. He's a debt collector calling about someone who had my number years ago. I've gotten calls like this before threatening her. Not that I care, but they've called me for years, and I've never met her.
