they said if i didnt call back and enter the last four of my SSN they would issue an arrest warrent for me. i called the number back got a someone that barely spoke English. he asked my name i made up a name and the guy asked me why i was calling i told him why and he hung up on the spot

Left a voice mail threatening to have me arrested if I didn't call them back to verify my social security number. I called the number back out of curiosity and a man answered "hello." I asked what company they were with and he responded with "social security." I asked "You're telling me this is the social security administration of the US government and he said yes and hung up. Pretty funny...you can't get a person if your life depends on it and the ssa just answers the phone!

Said my number was listed as contact in the event of a car accident for someone. I never give out the number that received the call however.

Called and said my sister-in-law was in an accident in Bloomington and listed me as person to contact...Sister-in-law is not even in the states at this time. I asked why the police were calling from a 1-866 number and he hung up.

called my son said wife was in bad wreck my son woke me up he had mexican accent said he was a state trooper, said my wife was lifefligthed to hospital in bloomington so i was asking questions asked what car she was driving then he hung up
