Called my husbands work voicemail. It's covid so he works from home. They must have looked up his LINKEDIN. They were looking for our 28 year old daughter. Said they were filing court proceedings against her and refused to speak to me about it. I texted her the info and she called them and they were very rude to her. She figured out it was a scam and gave them such choice words for them LOL. I don't think they will contact her again

I got a call from an incomplete number and accidentally answered. The recorded voice said that it was United Process Servers and they were going to attempt to serve me at my home or place of employment. Stated they would only make two attempts and after that they would notify the courts of my unwillingness to be served and could go on with legal action with or without my participation. It did say to call a number or press 1 to get more information.

United process services threatening to suspend all activity with my name and social on it due to a law suit filed against me. In my case they are trying to collect debt from Conn's that 16 years old and was paid off in bankruptcy. They use United Process Server to put fear into you to pay off something that is old and already paid off. SOL has ran the course they cannot sue and it is a real scam

They have called me regularly over the past six months or more and leave the same voicemail that my name and SS are going to be suspended and they are a process server etc, etc. Then they repeat the message in Spanish. I"m like it has been going on for 6+ months I think I would have received something in the mail, so . this is a scam do not call back or answer. I blocked them once, but they just call with other numbers.

If you owe anyone money you can bet the real collection agency will have all your information long before you call and not want you to provide it to them! No one can do anything to your social security etc. Unless you provide it to them! Again if it's legit they have it and it will show on your credit reports etc.! These people are useless! **** on a bull have better use!

833-960-10xx - Left Voice mail as described above. Called back (866-987-1717) & they stated company name was ECC Consulting. They hung up. Called back again (2nd time) - again hung up on. #rd Call back got a live person asking to verify name & last 4 of SS#. When declined to give, they stated mail would be sent out. Asked to verify address for mail, only street address given (No City or State or Zip). Definitely a Scam/Phishing call. Number(s) now blocked, though I expect to hear from them again. Never Call Back or Answer these types of calls

Voicemail left by a Sandra, she said they were suspending all activity with my SS# for a law suit, and to press 1 to speak to someone, then repeat the same thing in Spanish. Did not call back, and I show no outstanding debt on by credit reports that I watch constantly.

I fell for this over a year ago then stopped payment. I called the number back after my bank told me to and it went to a number that said I won a free cruise. They called me again today said my SSN and name was suspended. SCAM!!! I owe nothing to anyone and my credit report shows that. Once I told them I was married to a cop they hung up on me. Do not fall for this like it did!!!!

Apparently I will be recieving court paperwork summoning me to court over a past debt I owe. Said I can transfer by pushing one or call back to 866-987-1717. I hung up and blocked number. They called back to back 3 times that is why I answered.

I called back this number because they called me four times. Some lady said let me pull up your phone number and i'll let you know. I was like who are you and what company and what do you do. She said she can't tell me until she pulled up my number. Said the company name is AT&T servicing company and they are a legal firm. Legal my ****! I hung up and blocked the number. There's a lot of recent phone number/email address/etc circulating on the darkweb because of breaches with the most recent being Equifax/Experian.

Woman on voicemail said that she was calling from United Processing Services and that my my name and ssn were going to be suspended and that I had pending court relations to get the matter fixed. Called local police office and asked then reported the number. Confirmed it is a scam.
