Bell Canada keeps trying to call me on both lines (land and cell) after their attempts to inflate my monthly bill after their 2 year promotional offer ended and I told them we are not going to pay that amount and are cancelling service with Bell and moving to a different carrier.

Exactly. They almost double my monthly fee. I told the agent that competition offers half the rate what I used to pay. I will still pay the premium as long as they honor my rates on a continuous basis and refund my overcharge which is just for probably half a month. The agent cut me off saying they cannot do this so I happily asked them to cancel my account as I would save big time by moving. They cancelled my account. Now I am getting a barrage of calls. Probably second thoughts. I have already signed with a much cheaper provider. Bell has to get their shop in order. They are becoming the most despised firm. They treat customers like garbage.

Evidence is that they identify themselves as being with bell loyalty department, but bell saying it's not them when you call to confirm.

Yeah I thought so too, I've heard that bell sells client info (name and number) to scammers. Who knows tho, I just remember asking the lady from this number how I would know she's from Bell, and she told me with she would give me her employee #.. which doesn't prove anything

Bell Canada, trying to lure me back after I cancelled my cable service. They are leaving messages on my voice mail and also texting me, begging me to call them back. Talk about desperate. NOTE: Called the number back to have me removed from their internal call list, was told it would take 14 days. Really?
