Knew my name, hinted about being a debt collector but didn't comply with FDCPA rules (they have to identify themselves, and who they're calling for).. got very rude when I pointed this out, and asked them to send me written details (Also required by the FDCPA) I get a perverse pleasure out of messing with these people, but I still blocked them...

It was a strange call, I have medical bills that may be in collection, but typically the debt collector will identify themselves. This guy on the other line kept pressing me to identify myself to the point where it was disconcerting. It has been one of the most bizarre calls that I have ever received.
